Do classical, traditional apartments still exist in Germany?
I was looking at real estate (apartments) in Munich, Germany, and was very disappointed to see the very modern furnishings, etc. Why did they get rid of those old Victorian-era apartments I picture with the rich wood, the chandeliers, and the big leather furniture? Is it still possible to buy something like this in Germany, or is it all that simple, modern stuff?
