Would this be considered a gohandelier option for a dining area inside a Victoria style home?

I like these chandeliers and wish to play one as my dining area chandelier for my Victorian style home. Which would you like? every other suggestions.
I understand for any dining area, the sunshine should face lower, however i just can't stand any like this so would this be THAT bad?
