Can a plug in type chandelier be adapted to work with the light switch?
I bought a chandelier for a kids room that holds a 60 watt light bulb, but did not realize it is to plug in and hang. I want it to be a part of the ceiling with the wiring internal and functioning with the light switch- is this possible?
...Problem Solved for under $2
I just recently came up against this........It is so simple. Go to walmart or some home improvement store and purchase a switch that plugs into the wall and the light cord plugs into the switch . I use this method with my overhead lights above kitchen sink. They are under $2. Has a regular switch just like the direct wired ones.
